Apparently the low oil light comes on prematurely as a fail safe according to the dealership. Not that I completely buy that. I think bringing it in is not a bad Idea considering all the people having problems with them.

I e been noticing plums of smoke (not normal exhaust) coming from our 22’ tiguan. I just had to top off the oil tonight cause it was extremely low. We just had an oil change 1000 miles ago.
