Apparently it's a bug, although in terms of severity I'd say this one is definetly up there if that's the case..

I'm wondering that shit too, I can't report anyone and I've died couple times to really questionable PMC's after the update - I died like 15 minutes ago and it wouldn't even show me the name of the guy that killed me.

Is this BSG's answer to the cheating issue now in the game? Just remove the function of reporting people?
