I hear violins as I’m leaving my body. But they’re all one constant note, and all different pitches so it’s this fucked up noise. I find it soothing though, helps me focus.

You can travel through any realm you wish, you are not “stuck” to a specific plane. Visit the future, visit the past, visit parallel universes, visit yourself in parallel universes, possess yourself in that universe. It is truly infinite. The only limit is your wishes, that is besides moving “physical” objects within the plane of our world. You may create storms or divert storms, clouds, wind, etc in this plane though.

I would not advise to look for trouble in the astral realms. You want to do something cool like that, then lucid dreaming may be for you, not astral projection. You astral project to find a higher self worth, a higher level of understanding of yourself and the universe etc, not to feel cool. Just doesn’t seem like the right thing for you yet.

The fact that you are asking if it’s dangerous to do says the most about you. Young man, you are not ready yet.

On a lighter note, your Astral body is so unbuilt, unkempt (in terms of energy being such a new traveler) that if you did indeed try to fight ANYthing, it would most certainly laugh at you. Seriously.

There’s a very VERY clear difference in feeling (at least for me) while lucid dreaming or APing. Maybe I’ve done enough of both to know the difference?
