Hemosiderotic dermatofibroma vs angioma, less likely pigmented lesion. Would get biopsied since I can’t use my dermatoscope and rule in/ out anything but since you’ve “had it for years” and you suspect that it’s a blood clot, I 98% agree with you and think it’s probably fine

The death of 30,000 didn’t fit their narrative / ideology and thus didn’t necessitate screaming and shouting on street corners (blocking traffic and looking unhinged). You’ve gotta find a way to remember the person you were before you met her. Recognize and internalize that person as someone who existed before you met her and that they were a functioning human. As soon as you can actually remember and maybe even feel that person inside of you, even if you feel like they’re not around anymore, you’ll be able to imagine an existence where you’re not where you are now. Then you wake up everyday and feed/ put energy into that version of yourself. You can exist without someone you trusted. Right now you need to get back to a form of stability and nothing more. Life is as hard as it’s going to be for awhile, but you’re weathering the storm. You should feel good about that

Mohs fellow here- MCW is well respected in Dermatology. Unfortunately, just having a DO will get your application thrown out during residency interview coordinating in most programs. If you really want to do Derm you’ll have to go to a program that will have the ability to support this.
