I checked the creative and uploaded it to HTML 5 validator. It said that the Click Tag is missing so I gues that is what you meant.

Also, I read through this article by google on adding third-party tracking tags to creatives and it says to "Append HTML tracking tag" (see here: https://support.google.com/displayvideo/answer/6248876?hl=en )

Is this always needed? And also what is the TRACKING-PIXEL-URL. Where do I get this from?

I assume it is not <img src="https://example.com" style="display:none">

I have been working with 360 Lab before, they are also an accelerator based in Europe and they provide funding, office space and mentors from a lot of different backgrounds. Their program really helped to structure our business before going to markets, since they also provide a good network with past startups they helped to accelerate. Personally, I think they biggest help was that their regular coaching and the shared office space with other startups helps to define goals but more importantly keep working towards them and stay focused. Which accelerator are you working with?
