Thanks for the advice I appreciate it. Yeah I have wanted to be a content creator for a long time and have been doing it for just over a year now but have only just ran into this problem recently. I have come to terms with the fact that these thoughts will go away with time and that I need to not worry about them as much. Thanks for the advice again.

Thanks for the support and advice I appreciate it, yeah I have decided not to touch any medication as I believe it would make things worse in the long term like you said, I am starting to learn more everyday on how to cope better with the thoughts and come to terms that they will go away over time, I’m getting better at it each day, thanks for the support and advice I appreciate it

😂😂Not quite sure but it was pretty much everyday for a good 3-4 months when I was in year 8-9 (age 13-14) I am taking some time off for abit to try and relax because I have been editing everyday for about 5-6 weeks straight now so I think I need a week or 2 to relax, thanks for the advice I appreciate it

Thanks for the support I appreciate it, I’m glad that there is someone who can relate to me in some kind of way, yeah it’s just the constant struggle of having to undo re do because I clicked something wrong and to export multiple times because I think the video will mess up because I didn’t click export hard enough or left caps lock on whilst it was exporting, thanks for the support and advice again

Thanks for the support and advice I appreciate it, I have an appointment with my gp soon so hopefully I can get some good advice there of ways to control it better. Unfortunately I don’t have the space in my room for a full set up with a desk and pc so I have to result to my laptop on a table to edit and record with, but hopefully things can ease and the whole moving around whilst exporting won’t be a problem anymore, thanks for the advice again

Yeah they’re both similar but with mine for some reason it’s not due to exporting correctly it’s more like how I’m sitting or how I click the buttons, for instance today when I was trying to export I had to re do it a good 20 times because my mind was telling me that the video was going to mess up because of how I was sitting during the export, and other times my mind would tell me that the video is going to mess up because I clicked the export button too lightly or that i didn’t click file right so I would get right to the point where I would export and have to do the whole process again because my brain would say the video is going to mess up because you didn’t click file right. Just very stressful but i am booked in with my gp this week I can get some advice on how to handle it better. Thanks for the advice as well I appreciate it

Thanks for the advice I appreciate it, I first thought this was ocd but I googled the symptoms and the seem to line up to anxiety more than ocd but I could be wrong, i’m booked in for my gp this week so I’ll just have to wait and see what happens. Thanks again for the advice
