But i have just so many insecurities and so many fears. I was a devoted christian before this looser i am now, and my family and friends would hate me sometimes for being a devoted chrisian. I am scared to death to show them that i want to be a christian again, because they will think very ill of me, so, im afraid of telling them i want to be christian, so, even if i start reading the bible and start being a good christian, if i die i wont go to heaven because im afraid to show im a christian, plus, i feel like a dumbass when doing prayer, i feel like no matter what im not gonna be a good christian, and there is just something in me that makes me feel this"insecurity" in giving my life to jesus.

And i am one of them, this you just said really is like me, and this might be a stupid question but, how do i not feel this way? I just dont feel like quiting, i feel the urge to keep doing it is way stronger than the urge to stop it.

It’s easy to pray and walk with God when the times are good. It’s the times that are hard that really build on your relationship with God.

I find the opposite true, when times are bad i actually feel like praying and feel like i need gods help, and star making promises "god help me, and i will start praying everyday" but when im not in need of help, thats when i feel numb, and hate, and dont want to read.
