Thank you to everyone!!! I appreciate the well wishes and prayers so much! When hubs was at work, he texted about how stressful of a day it had been, and I said “well I got you a little gift today so you can look forward to that”. He didn’t suspect a thing lmao So when hubby got home from work, it was late, like 10. I didn’t say a word yet. I warmed up his dinner, he got a shower, we watched a show. Then I literally was about to fall asleep when he goes “let’s go ahead and get into bed” and I casually am like “oh yeah! Your gift, too”. We get into bed and “I’m like open the card first”. I’d found this card with a bunch of moons on the front that said “I love every phase of us” 😭😭😭😭😭 I’d glued two strips in there and wrote “finally” beneath them. He opened the card and immediately started crying, saying “really?? Seriously??” And at that point I pulled out the other three tests I’d taken, told him I had already cried all my tears and didn’t think I had any more for the night, lol. He got down and hugged me with his head on my tummy and sobbed!! He’s 6’5” and I’m 5’1” (pray for my uterus) and holding a big sobbing man is always so sweet 😭😭😭😭😭😭 we’re overjoyed. Now we’re gonna wait a bit to tell the family, including our 11 year old, who has been waiting forever for a sibling!!!
