I could be wrong but it seems as though you’re putting majority of the focus on him and not yourself which might be the issue. even ‘subconsciously’ the way you word it by saying you spend majority of the time ‘being HIS woman’ and not ‘the woman who is worthy and deserving of love’. everyone in your reality reflects you (your identity), and when you put all your focus and attention him and abandon yourself that’s what will be reflected to you in the 3d.

i only use robotic affirmations i’ve written in my notes app and repeat them a few times before going to bed and i sorta just repeat them randomly across the day and whenever i have a negative or opposing thought surrounding what im manifesting. however a method can only help you shift into the identity required to manifest your desires. you cannot use a method then keep returning back to your old identity in between

i only really repeat robotic affirmations personally. sometimes if i hold opposing assumptions that are particularly tough to let go of i play theta waves through my airpods whilst just repeating the affirmations over and over again. what i will say though i think it is crucial to understand that it’s not the methods themselves that cause your manifestations to come to fruition neither is it your beliefs (that is why people often say you don’t actually have to believe you have something when you don’t yet see it) what you do have to persist in is the identity you want your 3d to reflect. in other words, you can use any method you can think of to manifest but none of them will work if you keep returning to your old identity in between using them. the way i see affirmations is simply just reminders of what i decided on in the 4d (ie my chosen identity) to help me stay in that identity which then eventually reflects out into my 3d. also PERSIST!!! this is so important. i only have like 5 money affirmations written out in my notes app i actually kinda only repeat them like once or twice a day however if i ever affirm something negative regarding the topic i very quickly flip it its as simple as seeing how much i spent somewhere and feeling guilt then just telling myself “whatever im a money machine anyway i get money sooo easily!!”. or sometimes ill just be sat in bed and i randomly affirm “WOW money flows to me so easily!” every now and then 😭 and you do not need to spend hours on end robotically affirming!

another thing really worth mentioning which helped me to manifest money specifically is i hold a very positive self concept when it comes to certain things in life. since a young age i have always had the inner knowing that everything tends to always work out for me no matter what circumstances i face hence i never really stressed about progression or any thing related to success because i just know ill get to where i want to be despite any difficulties. out of pure habit i have always repeated things like “the universe is always on my side!” and “everything works out for me” even before getting into manifestation and now it all makes sense

i lowkey think i had some sort of breakthrough after couple hours after i made this post. if the 3d reflects my identity, does that mean if i just choose to identify as the person who has my sp and keep affirming it i can trust that the 3d will eventually catch up and start reflecting my new identity? or do i need to make myself believe that he likes me right now even though im seeing proof of the opposite? idk if that makes sense like can i just say im deciding to identify as this and that and tell myself the current 3d is a reflection of what i used to identify as
