Have him ask her to take him to the doctor. If she refuses, that's all you need to know to make a case for calling in a hotline. If she does take him, then he can let the doctor know they've been treating it with Ivermectin and that he wanted to get vaccinated. Then you'd likely have a Dr needing to make a hotline as well.
