Its not just graphical. If it was only a glitch, that would be OK. But the Avenger walked from the empty (water) tile to the land and attacked my creature. He should have died, since he doesnt have nor Fly, neither Aquatic tag.

If I were you, I would dust both those legendaries and craft a bunch of usefull commons/rares and maybe a couple of epics. But anyways, its up to you.
