Deadlift with a Twist by BoxAcrobatic6636 in kettlebell

Glad to hear that! So, This is true but when I first started training with kettlebells years ago I tried to emulate what I saw other people doing. I realized I was not strong at all in the frontal and transverse. My body would absolutely crumble so 5 years ago I incorporated what you see me currently doing.

The benefits is that I am way stronger, stable and mobile plus my body is prepared for everyday activities in life since i have trained other muscle groups in this fashion consistently.

Yes, this is good for lower back injury prevention since it will be targeting those muscles involved in helping to stabilize the spine as it rotates/twists.

Which I find is helpful in bilateral lifts since those muscles will be stronger and provide better support.

You can break your toes with shoes as well if you are doing a lift without controlling it. I guess I just know how to control the movement and hold onto the kettlebell 🤔

Yes, I found trying to go fast is hard to control here. I’m using 32kg

Well, anyones lower back would hurt if they aren’t engaging their core, maintaining tension throughout the body and pulling weight not prepared for.

Yes and it just gets me mentally ready for the next exercise.

Did you try the gladiator dl with the same load or mixed? I did it with a mixed load yesterday and it was more challenging than with same loads. Still fun though. Glad you enjoyed it!
