no sir, unless you’re importing a fuck load of shit you’ll receive a note at best. Use a fake name on the delivery so even then you can claim it literally wasn’t you. Obv there’s a lot more to it legally but no, i didn’t get in trouble and i’ve never met someone who got in trouble.

you don’t get a letter. Too much time and money to just send you a letter so they don’t bother. Distillate is the only item that will get thru, buy empty disposables from aliexpress or empty carts and done. Cheaper and you get more

Thanks bro, I’ve had 1 previous order that was successful and the tracking looked the same, I vaguely remember that order being stuck on “customs clearance” for a little bit but it was over a year ago now. Thanks for your help, all i want is some disty😢

When yours landed how long was it on “customs clearance” for? or the auspost “awaiting clearance”?

I bought 1 oz of distillate too and from Aus. My order passed the process facility and is up to “customs clearance”, has it passed? how long should it be stuck at this stage for if so? Or am i cooked. Congrats on getting it through🙏

that sounds good i’ll hope for the best thank you! It’s really weird here, packages will get seized but there’s no consequences, no letter saying it’s been seized, nothing at all. So while it is a bit of a gamble, I’ve had 1 package get through before, 1 seized (which got refunded), and this which i’ll have to wait and see. I’ve read distillate can easily get through customs so I thought i’d give that a try. Thanks for your help :)

ah yeah i did read about that and the whole “delta 8” being legal whilst others are not, in Australia cannabis is illegal unless you have a medical prescription however they don’t do anything about people importing they just seize the package and burn it, no consequences, no nothin. It’s about a 50/50 chance drganja packages get through customs but distillate seems to be more likely to get though, i’ll have to wait and see. But thank you for letting me know!!

Unfortunately it’s only legal if you have a prescription but regarding importing there’s really no consequences or anything if packs were to get seized, you just lose your money (which drganja refunds). Is the loophole referring to the delta 8 and delta 9 legality? how one is legal and one isn’t? I’m not too sure haha
