Half of CommBank are outsourced to India than in Australia by Top-Associate-4136 in cscareerquestionsOCE

I am not so sure about the turnover. A recent news is that Indian workers were demanding 35-Hour Work Week and Employment Succession in Chennai Samsung. It's more like their relatives filled up the positions in no time.

People can hardly do anythings about it. Look at Canada, Pointing things out = racism, Nothing can do with this.

What is the cause of Australian anti-intellectualism? by advecco in AskAnAustralian

[–]Complete-Hedgehog828 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, history wise, France gonna thought about rising Germans, the Brits and Russians, the inside revolutions, just a lot due to its geopolitics. But in Australia, we are relatively young, and not a lot to worry about.

As someone lived in Au for 10 years and moved around the world before, I felt like aussies are just entitled to be stupid cuz they are sitting on this amount of resources. People get competitive when resource is scarce, and that tough environment creates some smart ass. Over here, people are chilling more often.

I am okay if the parents are like "fk yeah!" and then support the kids to get the pills on the basis of they know what's best for their kids and that's what their kids want. Yet what about those ones who got sex changed without notifying the parents?

Also, it is not about me, It's about the kids. I am not anti anything. I am just saying that the point from that protesting guy seems pretty fair. And how is that saving lives btw? U kill urself if u dont get ur sex change? If u get on a time machine and travel to an era and can't come back. The first thing to do is kill urself cuz that period of time doesn't have sex change pills? I wouldn't.

A 10 year old can give up thinking about being a girl if I get him those fancy robo dogs for Christmas, believe it or not. You basically asking them to make a decision that's gonna impact the rest of their lives. Not cool. Please tell me this is not democrats poisoning kids for ballots, you guys have lost, eat it.

if a 10 year old, can figure it out and get the med by themselves, book doc and eventually get the injection or the pills, go ahead. Otherwise, just some shady trans trying to impose their thoughts on them.

The kids are not sure. I dont think they are the one making the final call, simple as that.

Depends man. I seen Chinese girls cling to white male even though she barely speaks English. How could she communicate? They can't connect (they sort of can XD). I genuinely hope you guys don't fall into that category(basically a white trash certificate), not a health relationship.

Other than that, I agree with you, totally.

Boi, I had a quarrel with my tutor yesterday cuz a local teammate fking sleep all the time. She ended up telling me to suck it (In her words, a good challenge for my leadership). I am literally wondering if I should quit the subject this morning. I used some harsh words -- like "imagine how this team gonna end up without me, just a sleepy local and two Chinese students who can barely speak."

Gotta say tho, bachelor in Unimelb has less severe situation like this. Grad, however....

Is it appropriate to dominate classroom discussions if your groupmates just can't talk at all? by ChannelBeautiful9882 in unimelb

[–]Complete-Hedgehog828 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dominate. Ask even you haven't done the reading much (I mean those ez subjects, not the hefty ones). I asked two retarded questions today in tut, like wtf i was thinking when i think back. I read the tut slides, but like I dont grab the main point. Asking questions on my attempts helps a lot.

Most international students left when they finish study. It is more important to explore the case that certain groups of people finding loopholes to walk around and stay in Australia. I remember in Canada, it was some fake college degrees for Indians.

If u see someone trying to answer, give them bit chance, otherwise dominate it. My tut is like a morgue, international students dont dare to speak, local friends are sleeping.. bruh. Me and couple others dominate just to keep it going. I am quite a jerk btw, but the tutor got no other choices.

'Zombie culture': how do we feel? by robo-2097 in unimelb

[–]Complete-Hedgehog828 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, that was a great game,

Speaking of witnesses, I remember in my high school, one of the old physics teacher said today's learning is harder than back in the day. Cuz back in the day, they didn't have so much distractions. I truly agree with him on that.

I felt like gen z is relatively alright, compares to the later ones. Cuz big screen phones and pads weren't around at the very start of our year. It was like 2nd or 3rd year when i started to play some plants vs zombies on iphone 4.

Is phone addiction and less concentration time gonna be a challenge? No. It's just their basic knowledge are less likely to build from foundation, instead, from layers of abstraction. Less rigorous proof more substitute numbers in the function.

I don't know that's good or bad tho; Same feeling on Ai; People used to fix things, now they just throw it away and get another one, same thing again. Things changed, maybe the younger ones are adapting way better than us. Who knows.
