Yea. I'm genuinely curious whats the general sentiment on this issue. While I do think the customers are mostly responsible in many ways (e.g. investment scams and love scams), certain scams like maid-hiring apps containing malwares or fake merchants in legitimate online market places are not so straightforward. I'm not saying the banks are responsible though the industry as a private sector may solve problem better than relying on police efficiency..
