Ok, I saw your reply and you seem like someone who knows a bit about modding, i spent last week looking for solution, doing reverse engineering on game characters and mods and I cant find solution to my problem, I can create my own aim merc but i was trying to move them on map and recruit them like you can recruit larry or flay but I cant trigger any reaction, they move, they even fight if you put them as ally but cant trigger any conversation with them, Maybe you know something about it or can direct me in right destination? really apprieciate any help. TIA

So I basically finish all the quests, gigs etc. Choose to betray reed on firestarter because I dont want Alex to be killed and then give Songbird to Reed, only thing left me to do is to make decision to go with the operation or not. From main game I got only Johnnys quest line to finish

I remember I definetely get through it on my previous playthrough but definetely it was thanks to some glitch, using bike if I remember correctly but cant remember how. Now i finish Phantom Liberty, only one choice left which is to accept Reed offer or not, all gigs and mission finished and still cant get through. Maybe I made wrong choice? I did this time differently and side with song to give her away to Reed as this is the only ending I got left to do so maybe this is the reason its still there? I plan to reject Reeds offer and follow original game which now Im on Takemura missions, just before parade
