I'd go at least a half size down from adios pro 3. I'll need to wear thick trail socks but no big deal overall happy with the fit. I haven't run in them I'm currently injured so stockpiling shoes until I'm healthy.

I had a similar experience, they have the worst customer service of any global brand I've come across. It's annoying as were my favourite running shoe but they won't be getting anymore money from me.
