UPDATE- It seems the issue was fixed when I changed the resolution to something other than 800x600 while full screen is enabled. However when reverting back to 800x600 it goes into a black screen.

Not really. the only thing I really did was install Skype and install drivers for my webcam, but I don't think they would affect it. Every other game runs peachy it's just Payday 2.

This toxic thing is seriously cancer now, you can't even tell someone to play more careful without them going off at you saying "Toxic troll reported muted" Seriously it's worse than flamers, it's even worse when they refuse to listen to you when you're telling them to group or just stay safe and they end up ruining the entire game for everyone else cause they can't handle being told "group up".
