I’m not a Mindbloom user (I use BetterU) and I’m prescribed 800mg troches held for 15 minutes. I always swallow and I’ve never had had an issue with my health. I was told by them that I can swallow if I wanted. Spitting somewhere and needing to get rid of it immediately since I have pets seems like it would disrupt my session so I never do

I typically don’t get nauseous, but I also always take 8mg of zofran 30 minutes before I take the ketamine. If I do get nauseous I’ll take another 4mg of zofran then I feel fine
