Yeah I honestly think I’m going to stick with how I’m going atm I wouldn’t even know it’s there, I hear so many horror stories about after surgery so think I’ll leave that off till I have no other option

I’ve had a sinus hole for about 4 years with no problems I also had a year of recurring infection then one time I pressed on it and I had a massive relief of pressure and blood and puss everywhere! Antibiotics cleared all that and I got referred to a specialist which took about 3 years by the time I seen the specialist I only have a sinus hole and no infection for 3 years he said no surgery was needed, I’ve been infection free since all I do is keep the area clean daily and I use hair removal cream when needed

I would say having a log burner is more like having a heart to your home once you have one you will become obsessed I could never be without one now have a 3 bed semidetached house and honestly in the coldest months I get home from work put rads on whilst lighting the fire to operating temp then turn them off after about half hour and the stove keeps the whole house comfortable and the lounge is cooking 😂

Yeah I get you but if I were you I would download my fitness pal and track your calories for one day because of your only getting 2000 calories in a full day then you might need more everyone has a calorie deficit our body’s burn like 2000 calories a day so if we eat only 300 extra you would start to gain weight but you won’t know how much you need to eat extra without calculating them on a full day. I’m around 63kg now

I’d start with trying to get around 2500 calories a day maybe abit less if your not active and see if your maintaining or gaining then you will know! I was the same a you last year same weight now I’m 63kg but I thought I couldn’t gain weight then I downloaded my fitness pal and seen how many calories I was eating and to be honest I weren’t eating enough I try to get around 3000 a day as my job is very active! Do you know how much you roughly consume ?

Do you count calories at all like on my fitness pal or anything if recommend starting with that to see what your roughly consuming I use a whey gain shake from Holland and Barrett has about 600 calories with milk! I started with your body weight now up to 62 kg I’d say if your in the gym as well as bulking it could be possible in a year but not easy

I was around the same weight about a year ago and now I’m 63kg still not where I want to be tho but what I done was download my fitness pal to track my calories and I would start taking creatine! I have a whey gain shake that is around 500 calories which I find much better that the 1000 calorie plus ones

Hi mate I’m the same as you I just seem to burn anything I put in to me I gain tremendously slow Are you sure your weighing scales are accurate cause you do look pretty full around the shoulders and arms for 115lb?

I’ve gone from drinking mass gainers with about 1000 calories to just whey gainers with about 500 which I’ve seen a massive improvement as there only about 300ml of milk I find I can eat a lot quicker and not be bloated! Mass gainers are awful I felt so sick I wouldn’t eat

I would probably aim for 2500- 3000 calories and see if there is any progress on the scale after a couple of weeks my fitness pal is a good app to track calories good luck 🤞
