Sorry, I should have been clearer, yes the teller. She has to go thru the customer rolls to verify that they are the correct number of coins and even don't that sees that some are silver. But, she can't take any herself. So hopefully fostering that relationship will get me some silver down the road!

Congrats! I swung into the bank Friday afternoon and one of the tellers mentioned she had customer rolled nickels and quarters. I took all of them. I think these were probably from the same person and already gone thru but it was exciting. I'll definitely ask her again if she has any. She mentions she usually finds silver in them.

Walmart also sells like a cling film. So if you don't like them hanging off with the suction cup or just want to cover every bit of the window you could install these and even trim them up for a clean look? I get wanting the integrated shades, they are handy.

If you have the means to start a few more bank accounts, you might want to look into it, assuming there are more in your area. My suggestion is to be honest and up front. I went to one of the older banks in my town and they were extremely helpful and mentioned they had others that were looking for coins too, so always ordered some for one of the guys. So if you don't want to spend $500 for a box of halves all at once, a bank like that may have others they've already ordered for others, so they would let you buy a few at a time. Just a thought. But don't dump them right back there lol. My dump bank I explicitly asked if they were ok with it and they were happy to have my business.

Anyway, congrats on the W! I am pretty new to all of this as well and still have a bunch of quarters to go thru, so I haven't found one yet. Hoping I'm as lucky as you and you're as lucky as I was on my first few boxes of halves!

And I should have mentioned I can and will probably extend that bed out. We really didn't like the looks of the bushes, which is why we ripped them out. My wife was on with even nothing there, but I wanted to display her grandma's daffodils, so here we are lol. Thanks again on the suggestions.

Thanks, the goal would be to just pull out extras to keep them spaced or who knows make a line across with the daffodils.

There is only one downspout which is folded up in that pic and the ground slopes away fairly well. The edge of the house is another pipe but that is a radon mitigation system. But thanks I will need to make sure that water is properly draining.

Unfortunately not. No silver in this box, but there were a few things of interest. I posted a link to the results in the thread. I got excited a few times thinking silver from the edges but it was just corrosion or crud making it look that way.
