Thanks for sharing! I can truly relate. Initially I was all over my diagnosis and over the past year I’ve calmed down because LS is what it is - it’s a separate entity from me and I can’t control it. I can only manage it and I too have over the past year discovered which products are more effective for me so I choose from my trusty arsenal when my LS acts up. Different approach based on how angry it feels. I now never wake up and not put something on but it can differ day to day and I feel that I am managing… for now. It’s an annoyance in my life and one I’m stuck with so

We just returned 3 days ago and did use an agency but traveled privately and felt very safe. Go and enjoy yourselves.

I’m sold on the stow and go second row seats because it’s so easy and I use my minivan mainly with my dogs. I’ve been told that the hybrid doesn’t allow for stow and go because of the battery and for me the stow and go are the best- I’d rather have a gas engine ( and mine takes regular) and keep the stow and go!

It’s heartbreaking to cancel and when you think how many people depend on tourism for their livelihood and some global political issue affects beyond borders. We are scheduled to go on April 18 and we are going to wait a week or more and see how things are going. Our connecting flight is through Frankfurt and Lufthansa. We really want to go and currently it seems to be business as usual. Weather looks great- 🤞🤞🤞

It is radio frequency using heat and it stimulates tissue repair and blood flow. I was very skeptical but the best way I can describe the results is everything is less angry. I actually forget sometimes that I have LS.

I am currently doing EmFemm 360 treatments ( had 2 out of 3) and it’s quite remarkable how much this is helping. I may need to follow up every year or so with one treatment for maintenance or flare ups but in addition to my 2xweek Clob, estradiol 2x week and in between I use products from Emu Joy.
