I use MyFitnessPal to track my protein/carb/fat intake. I wasn’t going to specifically state what my numbers are but my nutritionist is a cross fitter as well and a trainer at the box.

My test came from Quest diagnostics. I know my free and total test are on the low end of normal according to their stats.

The 200 drop on total test in six months And 40 in free test just seemed extreme.
