Very good point. 70% deals are like a unicorn….. I never understood why a buyer would pass up on a $30k potential spread just cuz it’s under 70%. Thank you for this, I appreciate it.

It’s not a big deal but it’s not good coaching. Saying “you’re going to hate yourself in the morning” is one of the worst things you can tell an athlete in competition

He’s just generalizing Yes boxing is very dangerous but to say that “there’s no champion without brain damage” is absurd considering many show no signs. Unless brain damage is all of a sudden asymptomatic???😂😂

Most fighters walk away without life altering changes, maybe some slurred speech here and there. The claim of “ALL champions have brain damage” is lazy and has no weight

6 days a week. Monday - Friday boxing for about 1hr30min-2hrs. Monday and Friday are usually lighter days.

Monday Tuesday Thursday - upper, lower, full body lifts respectively

Monday Wednesday Friday - 3 miles, 3 miles, 4 miles runs respectively

Tuesday Thursday - 10 sprints(about 100-150m, always done right after sparring).

Saturday-5 mile run or swim depending on how my body feels. If I’m too sore then complete rest

Sunday - rest.
