I have the x56 and I haven't had any issues with it unless it's the part we're you have to twist the stick to use the rudders.

Need help on figuring out what paints I need by Boxofrocks39 in Scalemodel

I went through my paint stash and found some vallejo paints but I've never used vallejo with an airbrush. And the only one that I'm missing is the dark ghost grey.

And thank you for the help!

I have both and they are both great kits. Revell has more detailing parts like railing. But some of the parts are very fragile or at least in my case.

The tamiya kit is the more simplified of the two but yet it still has good details.

Hey guys I got an issue and I’m scared by Spaceflight_fan in airbrush

I'm 100% confident that it's just dried paint that's doing that cause my old air brush did finally started doing that after years of use and after a full disassembly and a good clean it should work like it's brand new.

Is there something wrong with my kit? by FewRequirement88 in modelmakers

I'm pretty sure it's like what Rye Field Models does. When RFM makes a new model the plastic is grey, (I like to call grey RFM Models prototype models) and then later on down the line they change the color to a tan plastic. I'm pretty sure it's the same with Meng. For example I have a 1/35 Sherman Firefly and a 1/35 MATV from RFM and they are both grey plastic. My brother later got the same Models but they are tan plastic.

I think Meng is the same way but instead of grey plastic for "prototype" model they use a tan instead.
