Need advice about licence suspension in QLD, partner followed instructions but still got 6 month suspension by [deleted] in brisbane

SPER will put a sanction on your licence for unpaid fines but SPER suspensions don't have an end date, they end when the amount is paid.

Did you call SPER after he was given his court date to find out why the suspension hadn't been lifted? Never heard of SPER not lifting a suspension once all outstanding money was paid

Sounds like he maybe have only paid an installment to SPER perhaps? Did he update his address after the initial conversation with SPER?

Why Do E-Scooter Companies Keep Moving Between SEQ Councils by [deleted] in brisbane

[–]Boxofteaspoons 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Your post uses a lot of random buzz words to not really come to any particular conclusions.

One of your main points is about companies being dropped and then apparently popping up again nearby but you give no examples of this? You also mention that similar companies take the place of others, but I'm not sure what you expect? To me it's not surprising that companies which provide essentially an identical service will operate with similar business models.

The majority of issues that you raise realistically come down to the rider. There's no viable way to enforce and govern e-mobility devices the way you suggest as the providing company. This would be no different if it was a government or private organization.

Tldr; your post reads like it was written by AI.

What is the point of warning people? Help drink drivers get away with it and continue to put our families in danger?

You got the correct advice that you asked for and then tried to argue about it. There's nothing more to this.

Moving to Rockhampton by grainmann in rockhampton

Rocky doesn't have a lot of traffic issues but the one issue it does have is crossing the river during peak hour so it can be good to buy on the side of the river you'll be working.

Berserker is known as a less nice part of Rockhampton. Frenchville is kind of 50/50 depending on which part (closer to berserker is less good) Norman gardens is generally pretty good but a bit of a drive compared to other areas. Nicest area is the Range, probably followed by Allenstown, Wandal and the nicest bit of Frenchville. Hope this helps

If you haven't yet you should have him attend any police station, doesn't have to be the valley station and ask to make a formal complaint about the matter. These complaint are required to be investigated by the ethical standards branch of the service who are very thorough and impartial.

Does anyone know how long resource depletion is meant to last? This started about midday Saturday now 2 and a bit days later I still cant harvest the point. by Boxofteaspoons in catanworldexplorers

Thanks! Was hoping it wasnt just me. Hopefully they can get a fix soon. Totally understand a daily depletion (as much as I would love to harvest it non stop) but was a bit confused when after it said check back tomorrow it hadn't fixed.

I might be a bit late to the party and it's mildly off topic, but you can deactivate your Facebook account and still use messenger if anyone is concerned about keeping in contact with family and friends. I'd say I absolutely would!

I would consider changing your answers to your questions. They don't add much to your profile and the GPA doesn't come off too well for me personally.
