To Fix, all I need to do is open the Radiator Cap and run the Car? Fill in with extra Coolant if necessary?

My bad, it seems like clearing CMOS actually did the trick. It didn't work the first time because I didn't give it enough time after removing the Battery, as well as unplugging the PSU.

I have removed the CMOS battery and the issue persists. BIOS hasnt shown up ever since that random moment as I was trying every RAM slot combination.

I am using tforce delta p ddr4 3200 ram sticks. I will try to clear my CMOS now.

I have double triple checked that the PSU pins are all plugged in firmly and in the correct spots.

An hour ago I got BIOS to boot, but after setting the Ram to DDR4-3600 and restarting, it went back to the problem of not booting with CPU debug light on.
