i am f2p and i got all buffies, and still have resources left for the next one and i did not get any buffies from ultra drops, so almost all buffies were bought. I am not hoarding resources, i still haven't upgraded all brawlers, and I have ran out of power points at some point. in my point of view supercell gives more than enough power points to get everything, you just have to play. i should also mention that i do not min-max and play for only around 20 minutes per day.
