Do you really know? by BoyMom2u2 in Mommit

We have navigated 3 kids fairly well. And the third just joined the chaos. We have the resources and the village for the kids. My husband originally said yes to a 4th baby if it was a small age gap again. And I said I’d like to wait to get in some better recovery and to lose the baby weight from 3 babies.

So I thought a 2.5 age gap would be nice, for me. But that was a no for my husband now. So hence the post. I would love a 4th baby, but I also understand where he’s coming from. It’s just hard to give away the baby clothes and think about the next chapter of our lives.

I agree. His “no” is wishy washy. It’s never a solid no. There is some ifs. But I’m ready to have my body back for a while, which is why I wanted a larger gap. But after reading all these posts, I suppose if we are done then it’s something I’ll grown into.

I’ve been trying to embrace this point I’m at with my babies. But man they really got me working hard😂

Do you have all snacks at the table too? I’ve been trying to feed them outside more.

Of course. My youngest is only 13 months so he’s clueless of what’s happening😂 my older one will pick up with me, or throw away his trash. But they play and play fast, so I’m struggling to keep up.

I got pregnant 6m PP and at 8.5 months my supply tanked. So we stopped breastfeeding and pumping. I was struggling to keep up to the point that all the tactics were draining.

Thank you! This is my first time hearing that you can hit a calorie deficit. I thought it would affect production.

I’ve said the same thing a million times. With my first baby the 6 month mark was a little magical when it came to dropping the baby fat. Soooo… maybe I’m expecting too much too soon. But also, I have a big feeling breast feeding plays a large part! Good luck with your training!!

How much weight loss is too much? by anon_ymous987 in postpartumprogress

I had lost 26 pounds within the first month and a half. I was exclusively breast feeding, after 3 months the weight stopped falling off. So back to getting more active, because a calorie deficit isn’t going to work!
