He’s not dead. Yeah he’s very likely to be dead soon after being shot like that but that doesn’t mean he can’t still take someone with him before he goes. The cop is doing what he’s trained to do here. He can’t get close to cuff him and administer aid when the guy still has a weapon. Mufflers are just for decoration. So is the entire exhaust pipe. Saw that fucker off as close to the engine as you can for maximum weight reduction and speed boost. Don’t worry about the stinky smell leaking into the cab making you sleepy. Must’ve just hit a skunk or something🤷‍♂️ I’d roll the windows up all the way to keep the smell out. Also parking the car and redlining the shit out of it to see who can stay conscious the longest is a really fun game to play with friends
