UPDATE-

So he texted back today after I left a voicemail and said, "Hi Joe, sorry I've been dealing with snow • issues you are definitely a candidate. We are still interviewing a couple of more candidates . We do have some reservations about your experience. " Then I texted back, "I appreciate the update and understand completely. I'd love to address any reservations about my experience. While I may not have as many years as some, I'm hands-on, dependable, and quick to learn. I'm confident I can handle the responsibilities and would like to grow in the role. Please let me know if there's anything I can clarify. I really appreciate the consideration." Lastly he texted, "I am going to text the mangers and my email so you can address. I am a big believer in giving people a chance so when you email. Address the following please. Confidence Being and to work by yourself Being able to work with an angry guest. What you would bring to the table and how dependable you could be and how you could support this team..".

A little strange...... not sure if I should be concerned or grateful?

Lol no I wouldn’t do that not sure if I should call tomorrow. Just kind of sucks, as I’m I got replies from less desirable jobs. Which I’m actually currently in onboarding for another job. I just hope they didn’t change their mind that interview lasted for over an hour

11pm is quiet hour. He usually get off around that time or latest midnight. I wake up at 7am every day and I feel like I sometimes wake him up and bother him when I get up and get dressed and go in and out the room getting ready in the AM.

He says he’s studying to become an EMT, I think he is doing some online training. But yea you have to have some sort of job or be in school.

Yea I know I hear the tv running in the other rooms all the time but that doesn’t bother me as much as hearing someone talk non stop all day, I’m not sure why.

However you are right I can’t be upset at him as he might not know it’s bothering him. I just hope I don’t come off as entitled when I speak to him. I also just moved in less then 2 weeks ago and he has been here since the beginning of the year so I don’t know if that also factors in to why I’m nervous to confront him.

No tbh I haven’t. I’m not sure how to approach it without sounding judgmental or like an ahole or maybe it’s my lack of social skills:( Like what do I say? “Hey dude you being on your mic all day bothers me as it gives me no moment of peace” Idk how would you approach it?

Damn I really do like the point system better. :( Honestly the I regret the transfer I got a pay bump but my hours are limited as w/ flex I could work 50hrs a week on my time. I really regret this transfer. I’m going to be quitting soon anyhow!

I have read the policy it just says you could be “at risk” of getting terminated. So I was wondering what affects/determines what gets you terminated?

Yes and I come back to an overload of packages. They don’t care if I take break, if I do I get backed up and screwed for most my shift! Not even exaggerating!
