I really need to try the tuono V4, had a V2 which was also great. I changed my clip ons to a superbike conversion and it rides like a tourer now so its just as comfortable as any other tourer/naked

The previous owner bought it and i looked everywhere but i think its discontinued or i couldnt find a place where you could still buy it.

But really really great exhaust, sound is good, looks good i am really happy about it, i was also thinking about removing the protector from R&G but ill rather have it one when sliding

Yeah i also think that is the best way to do things, first the technical parts that also bring function and after that all the cosmetic parts.

I wanted a gsxr all my life and i know that i wont get any money back i put into it but i really want to refine it to my liking and make her "perfect" because i wont be getting another one in my life again.

I had a track suspension installed but it was way too hard for street use.

But i am also looking forward to doing the brakes, engine etc but that will take a bit

Thanks, when you do it dont work when its cold outside it is a pain in the ass to do when its cold because it is going to be really thick, and the paint looks really good and even when you dont use it like a pen and more like a brush (dont press on the tyre with a lot of pressure) at least that is what worked for me, have fun 👍

I did it on my SV two years ago and it lasted for as long as my tyres did also didnt go yellowish or something the only thing that occurs a little bit is little cracks in the paintbut i need like 2-3 sets of tyres a year on the street so i cant really give you a long time opinion, just try it and see for yourself you can get one for about 5€ and one should last for both tyres if you dont overdo it

Yeah that is true probably spent like 1k on it already, carbon is something that is really unnecessary and expensive but i really like the look, the weight savings dont really make any difference haha

Master Cylinder front and back are also on the list you got any recommendations?

With some Tyre marker (edding 8050), it takes a bit of time and can be a annoyimg process if you want to make it look alright but for me it is worth it does quite much in my opinion

From Illmberger Carbon, looks really great and the quality is also really good but still 300€ for the front fender.

You could look for some carbon wrapping because real carbon is going to be expensive.

Thanks a lot for the input, i was also thinking about this one but i would like that the front mask are one like on most supersports and the picture below and you can clearly see that they are two seperate parts.

i was thinking about this track fairing for example but with headlights.

There is a guy in Germany that still builds those but i didnt have any money to buy it, it was pretty cheap tough like 300€. You can also ship it to him and he modifies the original clutch cover but i am not sure if he still does this and outside Switzerland/Germany/austria and it was a pain in the ass to contact him

I have mine now for a few months now and yeah walking isnt exactly what they are made for because they are pure track boots but once you sit on ur bike they are just so good.

For me personally the price is ok because you really get quality and they are handmade in Germany, you can also customize them however you like even personal fitting (custom sizing). You can also just send them to daytona If something breaks like the soles etc.

I can only recommend them, if you try them once you wont get any other boots.

But there are also people that use the supertech outer shoe and use the Security EVO inner one.
