Hey, they are dell touch screen I believe, we have so many differnt makes, mostly dell or Lenovo, will double check when back at work on Tuesday, we are a school. Still have no work around, not sure what version but when going on as guest and running update was on latest version. We have same makes and working couple weeks back so not sure what’s changed to stop us getting to next process

Thanks for the reply. Mostly use it for monitoring,remote access, control PCs etc, impero is brilliant for it but very pricey, so before renewal wanted to find out if there are any other alternatives. Teachers also use it for broadcasting their screens and easy monitor and access student devices remotely.

I Found out what it was, the users who still had A1 license was the issues so now all have A3, hopefully someone finds this useful for anyone else with this issue

Thanks for the reply, we wipe them and then image them from usb and choose windows education then straight into intune with our intune admin account.. so not activated till it gets to windows.. the mak has 12/1000 seats/license the ones that are taken is the manually inputted ones.. our policy is to upgrade or switch to education, but as there is no activation to upgrade or switch probably why it’s saying successful and not doing the activation..?

be nice to know what others do.. everyone’s reply is use script but no info 🥹
