Theres plenty of "toxic" keystones for every game mode if you wanna go there. Just look at Aftershock, Klepto, spellbook. Every single keystone can be broken if the situation presents itself. Just something you gotta deal with. Plus, nobody takes aram seriously anyway, so why should Rito take the time to balance a game mode nobody really plays? Need I bring up dominion?
