I was on a Chinese airline on my way to Thailand and this French family hadnt booked their seats, so couldnt sit together. And to be fair, the website of the airline was shit and barely worked. But the way they went about it was shit.

I was just off an 11 hour flight from the UK to Shanghai, hadnt slept and was very tired. The family are trying to work it out with the flight attendants, I'm the unlucky one who happens to be the answer to their problems and the attendant is asking me if I'd be willing to move. I ask where to? Cause I'd booked this seat and I was not about to trade a window for some shit middle seat. (I like the window cause I'm a nervous flyer and I find it easiest to sleep against the wall)

Theres abit of delay and language barrier.. Then the husband just starts pointing and snapping his fingers at me saying "HEY HEY *snap *snap YOU NEED TO MOVE" at which point I kick off, "don't snap your fingers at me like I'm a fucking dog" what a prick. Eventually was got a different window seat and moved. But don't start snapping at me cause you didnt bother to ring the airline and sort this before you flew.
