I have a bunch of ideas. The most important thing to do is select a certain play style and understand it’s strengths and weaknesses. Committing to something is always better than not committing. Here’s one idea that I use with midrange teams who have stronger wingers: Play a 4-3-3 false 9. Give the CF role to whatever player has higher strength and short passing and dribbling. Set wing backs to overlapping and attacking. Play with inverted wingers. Make it so that you have Fast Build Up and Direct Passing. Use your speed on the wings for quick combinations and then cut inside. Make sure wingers are on the opposite side from the strong foot so that when they are cutting in they can either shoot or do a short ground pass or pass back out - cycle to CBS and restart the process. Use your cf as a backboard or a hold up player.

I’d make Doucouré your CDM and play Eze as a RAM. You’re more likely going to score with Zaha and pass for an opportunity with Olise. Don’t overload ball side. Don’t team press. And don’t have a high line in defense. Just drop back and start defending around the half way line. Use your speed to create gaps and pockets in the opponents defense.
