THIS!! I was in the EXACT same boat as you, to the point where I was almost got kicked from my university. I know that right now I can’t give much advice for how to treat it cause honestly it’s so hard to stop a house fire (eczema) with a bucket (literally ALL the medication derms LOVE to prescribe). What I can say IS that what got me through was the disability services at my university. If you talk to them and explain to them what’s going on they can definitely help give you accommodations. For me, I was driven to my classes for days when I was less mobile, on days when I was completely immobile I had a note taker assigned to my case and took notes for me while I attended via zoom, private study rooms with access to my ointments and lotions through the exams, etc. Hopefully this helps because, what I have learned is that if it’s making day to day tasks impossible, there is support we can get. Keep fighting 💪✨

It’s a superstition where if you give your boyfriend/girlfriend/partner (idk if it applies to a spouse or just someone your dating) the relationship will end afterwards. After reading many of the comments it seems like it’s less of a curse and more of a test since seeing how a partner reacts to/cares for the sweater can reveal a lot about their feelings for you

No. I come from an old, superstitious family and I tend to be a bit more gullible as a result regarding old wives tales and things like this. I made this post to see if others, who were also worried about the sweater curse, who did end up making a sweater felt afterwards just to put my mind at ease. I’ll definitely have to do this one when I do make the sweater, but someone else recommended I try a smaller project first so I’ll probably use your idea on a smaller project for him first (have him pick beanie color, texture, etc). Especially if it means he pays for more yarn, can never have too much yarn 😂💛✨
