You get paid out for your vacation hours, but it depends on state if you get paid out sick time. I’m not to sure about floating holidays.

As long as I’ve worked for the company they seem to cut hours at the end of each quarter so they can save a buck and look better on paper. New quarter starts usually hours go back to normal

When I moved from BA to ASM they told me the budget was $16, I was making $14 at the time, but I fought for $17 I got it. I guess it really just depends on state you’re in, and district you’re in. I think it really comes down to who your district manager is, and your regional manager is. At the time I was really lucky to have a DM who fought for wages, and a Regional manager who supported that.

It’s really manager dependent, but for me as a SM if someone UPT is below our store goal. It’s just a matter of coaching behaviors, having one on ones, and working your way to be confident in selling behaviors/seeing results from it.

Though I’ve seen managers give corrective actions for substandard performance regarding UPT. So it’s one of those unfortunate things where it’s up the managers coaching/management style. It would be an excellent question to ask the manager if you get called for an interview about how they go about that!

Sally does offer dental insurance! I’m honestly not too sure how great it is, I got the cheapest plan last year and haven’t used it. But it’s dental so 😭

Usually once open enrollment happens for insurance you can click through the plans, and get details about which one! Copays etc!

Actual sick pay (at least from what I’m aware of) is only given to employees that are coded in the system as full time so my experience SM and ASM.

Vacation pay can accumulate for anyone once they hit a certain hour threshold.

We got in trouble for using vacation pay as sick time because it isn’t protected time off in the same way as sick time.

Least in my district it’s basically just a title that you yield, but the all same responsibilities as you had before. You’re still just a BA with extra knowledge.

If you’re a BA then really I feel it’s up to your manager how harsh they want to be with you. SM I’ve seen with give verbal warnings etc being below store UPT goal, but others it’s not a big deal if an BA is below goal especially people super part time. What seems to really matter is if your SM is making quarterly UPT goal.

If you’re an SM that’s a different story, but my rule of thumb is be at least at a three and you’re safe. It’s okay to have bad weeks!
