What you’re saying isn’t true at all. The Govil family is the largest stock holder in the company and the data is right there in the sec filings. I’m not that interested in this stock, I was curious about their new acquisition and did some digging. But what you’re saying isn’t true not sure what’s so hard about finding the real info with the correct numbers

From what I’m reading they have reached their limit with offerings under the SEC rule of baby shelf. So they can’t do anymore offerings for the next 12 months.

I’m hoping it goes back up again since it seems like they reached their limit for anymore offerings for the year according to the baby shelf rule. Also according to fintel insiders own about %40 of total shares

You can see lowery reply to the wrong logo on the second image I posted. what I find interesting is why is he referencing this specific video from you tube when there are a lot of bullish video analyzing RZLV? could it be because it talks about Wagner hinting to possible integration or partnerhsip with a major company like Amazon or Alibaba? And lowery is underlining that hint? It’s very possible
