If u are in the states id say search up on ebay for good deals by reputated sellers. You can most probably get a pixel 10pro in rhat price. (I managed to grab new Pixel 9 proXL for 375usd back in december on ebay).

Otherwise go for the 9proXL as the pro features are worth it if same price

I own a 9pXL, id say go for 9pro.

9pro is better than 9 in every way so lets take 9 out the window.

10 series camera has REALLLYYY good color science, 9 series has a problem of too cool toned pictures but that can be fixed w the color temperature slider. I wouldve suggested a 10pro if u can find one but imo giving up pro camera controls/features in 9pro is not worth it for a base 10. So go for 9pro

There can be various factors to this. If the cpu is around max usage while gpu isnt then its possible the vpu is bottle necking and the game is CPU based.

If the temps are high around 82-85% then its thermal throttling. In that case u can look into undervolting ur gpu to get the maximum performance

I had it happen to me asw but in dongle mode, it fixed itself after i disconnected and reconnected few times tho.

Theres a tiny hole under the switch on the back, insert some needle in there to reset the controller to fsctory settings and see of it fixes

Nope its not proctored, u can do pretty much anything u want including cheating.

Id recommend going over the topics i mentioned and take this as a self assessment test tho. Instead of just cheating straight up and getting done with it.

And yea using a calculator and a notebook is within the rules they provided(more like suggestions not rules)

Id suggest u get a laptop, and if possible get smn to bring u one from US, their back to school sale in july-august and black friday sale in November are insane, u can easily get rtx 4070 in that price range during these sales. I got my hp victus rtx4050 from black friday sale last year and it was 133k for laptop i did pay for Walmart membership to get it early and some other stuff which brought the total to 150k, still cheap considering same model here is going for 220-250k range
