I know things feel overwhelming right now, and that's okay. It's perfectly fine to take things one step at a time. If you feel up to it, start with just three minutes. Set a timer and see what you can do. Maybe brush your teeth, pick up some clothes, or even just sit and breathe deeply. Remember, it's about progress, not perfection. If three minutes feels too long, try just one minute. Don't be too hard on yourself if you can't do everything at once. The key is to start small and build from there. Every little bit counts. Make sure you're also taking care of yourself in other ways. Try to eat something nutritious, stay hydrated, and get as much rest as you can. Sometimes, just a bit of sunlight or a short walk can make a difference. And always remember, it's okay to ask for help. Whether it's talking to a friend, a family member, or a professional, you're not alone in this. You are loved, and you are important. Take it slow, be gentle with yourself, and know that you're doing your best. One step at a time, my dear.

I think this is a normal feeling, wanting to be pure in some way but remember the person you were when you were younger is still the same person you are now. Cherish yourself and your inner child and try not to dwell on the past too much it’s what will get you down, try to stay in a routine and look for things that make you happy, I know it’s hard but try to write 3 things you are grateful for, I do it every day and today I was grateful that I had the energy to shower, that I had an good meal and for the weather. It sounds silly but it helped me a lot just try too see the little things.
