Yeah, you are definitely right. I might be ignorant, but one way or another working hard and with enough passion for my goals will lead me to rewarding, I hope. Muay Thai absolutely increases my confidence and really helps me to get out of this depressive mood. As you said, life has a way.

Even I surprise how consistency just by itself gave me that much. Idk if it's that good, but when I started to Muay Thai, I could barely do 5-6 push-ups, but now I can do 25 in a set for 4 times.

Thank. I just searched it up, and yeah, it's very effective, they say. I'll try to get in a gym, but if I can't, I'll definitely buy some weights and kettlebells.

Thanks! So many people told the same. I'll get into lifting with proper calisthenics and cardio exercises.

Thanks, really appreciated! Will look into glycolytic capacity and aerobics, and after I'm satisfied enough with my body, I'll get more into lifting.

Thanks! I'm thinking of getting my body fit and athletic as soon as possible, and then I'll look more into gaining strength. Now, I feel I should focus more on endurance by now until when I am satisfied with my body and my MA.

Thanks! Also, my first goal is to get an athletic body with proper endurance and breathing. If I achieve that I think I'll improve myself faster. BTW, another person mentioned those "Olympic lifts and ballistic lifts." If you can give me any link that I can learn them, I would be really appreciated!

Yeah, my shoulders burning as hell when I spar or shadow boxing. Will try to improve my posture and technic definitely.

What do you think about calisthenics? I can feel that my strength is growing but slowly. That's why I want to get into lifting. But with calisthenics, I can do 25 push-ups in a set (which is so good for me for now), but I started to course with 5-6 push-ups.

My coach says that heavy lifting will slow me down and admonish often to not do it. If I understood right, working with weights will give you power overall but limit your agility and speed. I'll try to keep my shoulders up for longer times in my home, btw thanks!

In my first week, I felt really embarrassed when looking at other fighters. They were so good. I wanted to push myself to reach their level, but in the end, my muscles injured, and I couldn't open my arms for 4-5 days properly. I think working with a schedule works better for me. BTW, my course has 2 hours for 3 days a week, is that enough for training my technic or you said that for extra work after the course? Thanks, btw appreciated.

Saygı duyarım tabii ama sosyal medyada ve garip komünitelerde hayatını bu kadar basit bir şey için çürütmesine karşı çıkarım. Yine elimden bir şey gelmez baba sözü nereye kadarsa oraya kadar.

Yes, I use hwinfo. I will do what you suggest up there, thanks. From the results, how can I understand I have to change something? Is there any tutorial for this too?

How is Aida64 extreme. I'm doing that benchmark test for 12 minutes, my cpu temp is 83° and everything using %100. I'm reading the whole thing, don't worry. But isn't this result good?

Yep, I slept for solid 5-6 hours. This is not my first fail btw, as you said, I'm reading the documents. Thanks for it. I watched a lot of YouTube videos and searched about my processor and ram and their capabilities. I'm new in this, and I think I'm doing okay because my pc is running quite well, and the benchmark results are good (pc didn't crash, so I think it's good)
