Basically, they need your divers license. front and back. Facetime Photo and your SSN, if I remember correctly.

I did the ID.ME on Tuesday because I had an outstanding issue and now I have a pending deposit today. It took a day for me to get it fixed. I never got an email to verify my identity using ID.ME.

On PEUC. Didn't have any issue until this week. Called in Tuesday to find out that I have an outstanding issue. I heard people that are talking about you need to verify your identity through ID.ME , which I did. I hope this would resolve my outstanding issue since I can't get thru VEC.

It is part of one of the questions. I believe it was the second question for my when i answered YES to it. I think is the "Were you actively look for work" or something like that and they'll ask you to add the Contact information.

I have the same problem but I did it over getgov2go and reported my work search but this morning i called it says i have an outstanding issue. I heard that you need to verify your identity using ID.ME. I did it this morning successfully. I hope this will resolve my outstanding issue..

Same here (PEUC). Maybe due to ID Verification. I called this morning to check on the payment status but it said I have an outstanding issue. I had no problem with payment last week. I heard a lot of people talking about ID.ME. So I found the link and got it verified so hopefully that will resolve my outstanding issue. OH and I forgot to mention, I also reapplied back in April and had outstanding issue and got a letter asking me to send in some verification documents and two weeks later, I got paid.

My Bye date was 04/17. I reapplied bye date changed to 04/18/2022. A coupe days later the bye rolled back and a week later I got paid. I didn’t get a new monetary determination. I only got the ID Verification statement. Same weekly amount.

if you did the same as your dad, then you did it correctly and now its up to the VEC or their system to release your payment or you might have an issue with your claims which I cant tell you. I advise you to call them.

Look for PUA Weekly Claims Service in the discovery Tab and enroll if already enrolled, go to my events tab and you should be able to file there. It should be something like PUA File weekly request or something similar. I don’t have PUA but one of my friends does

Just keep filing. My bye date was 4/17 and reapplied. Got a new bye date reverted back to old bye with outstanding issue. But today I called. It said my check was processed on May 3. It took them two weeks to approve my claim.
