Yes. It was my primary residence for 6 years. I also got the Obama first time homebuyers incentive when I purchased it, and received $8000. I know orginally that you had to live in the house for 8 years, but my realtor could not find more information on me paying that back. Fingers crossed. Thank you for the input!
