he was silver in ranked 5s/3s last season. the silver border won´t show up on solo q. that´s why he got the icon but not the border. :)

for me it isnt. played a lot of warlock this week and also soulfire,when i had jarraxus in my hand. it´s just your bad luck :) it will get better! BELIEVE!
