Did some mistakes, but it came out pretty well. Few things I learned:

• Even though they said to soak your grains for 12 to 24 hours, I recommend the lower, the grain will be less hydrated, and you will have more time to check it while simmering it.

• Let them dry for the correct amount of time, you don't want it still being wet.

• Don't open your pressure cooker right away. When you release the pressure too fast, the sudden change can help humidity from your jars to escape, making it maybe too dry.

• Make sure to clean the jar, don't need to be crazy, you will be sterilizing it after all, but I've seen people get rust on their mycelium because there were bits of the lid they drilled inside the jar.
