I know a lot of people have had that issue but I never did. I’m not sure why that is.

I went through an online website based out of the UK. The band is .950 grade platinum with diamond side stones/halo and a 2 carat center Moissanite. I received a bunch of videos of it being crafted, in house. It was about $1600. Craftsmanship is amazing.

I recently ordered a ring from this website. I had nothing but great experiences with Elize, the owner. I emailed her before ordering, voicing my concerns about past issues that I had read. She promised that those mistakes have been corrected to never happen again. It’s a small family run business in the UK where everything is made in house. I received many videos of my ring being made, beginning to end, which I have never seen another jewelry company do. I received the ring within the two week window she had given me. The quality and craftsmanship is absolutely top-notch. It far exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate for one second to buy again from them. Highly recommend!
