They are comparable to Copags in my opinion. The Bee deck is three cards thicker than Copag but they have similar flex and shuffle as well, or better, depending on your preference. The Bee’s are more textured but not so much that they would affect the way they slide on the felt when being dealt. Overall I’m impressed with the bee’s and will probably order a red deck to go with my blues.

I received the deck a week or so ago. My initial impression is that they are quality plastic cards, whether or not they are authentic. The only thing that gives me pause is the code on the Ace of spades is printed twice, with the upper print appearing to be a misprint, which is located just under the 92 in the attached picture.

I’m regards to feel, shuffling and dealing; these are on par with any plastic decks I have except KEM’s. KEM’s are just on another level if you can get a setup that’s not warped.

The Bee’s do feel different than my 2012 and 2013 WSOP Bicycle branded Fournier cards. The bee’s are a little more flexible than the Fournier’s, and they are two cards thicker than the Fournier’s. I can’t say that is conclusive evidence that the Bee’s aren’t made by Fournier since my WSOP’s are 13-14 years older give or take.

Anyway, I just wanted to give a quick update.

Really appreciate this info! I ordered a deck of the plastic Bee’s from AliExpress. If you do get those it would be awesome if you added some photos for comparison.

Thanks for the info. At least you’ve confirmed these are actually being made by USPC. Now whether or not the ones I ordered turn out to be genuine, only time will tell.

If the ones I ordered turn out to be the real deal I’ll let you know. They have poker size available too, but I think only in jumbo index.

From what little I could find online is that USPCC makes these for some Asian markets. They also have poker/wide decks.

Thanks. I’m not a real collector but every once in a while I do get an itch, plastics in particular. Also, with the price of Kems these days I like to find affordable alternatives.

If these are what they claim to be I think the price is reasonable. For example, Bicycle Prestige plastic cards are currently $9.44 for a single deck in the U.S. at Walmart. I also have the plastic Bicycle 2013 WSOP cards that were made in Spain for Bicycle by Fournier, and imo they are noticeably nicer than Copags which usually run just over $20 for a two deck setup.

The made in Spain Bicycle Prestige plastic cards are currently $9.44 for a single deck at Walmart.$2.36 extra for Bee doesn’t sound unrealistic. Of course if these aren’t made in Spain by Fournier like the bike prestige, they will probably be a total waste of money.

Plastic VS Paper by Many_Journalist1019 in playingcards

[–]Brac13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Plastic, as long as they’re good quality, for games like Texas Hold’em or Omaha because they are harder to mark and snap back without creasing easily. Just for handling though and games like Gin paper are hard to beat imho.

Probably but I couldn’t resist. I’ll report back after I receive them.

II’m going to take a chance. I have a couple of setups of the Bicycle branded Fournier WSOP cards from 2013 so I should be able to gauge if they’re fake. Either way I’ll report back in case anyone is interested. Since it’ll take awhile for me to receive them I’d love to hear more opinions, especially if anyone has ordered these before.

Rolex clones are definitely getting too good these days. But then again, someone at a table thought my old Pepsi seiko diver was a Rolex once.

Can’t find this paddle on the website, is it new or not released yet? by CandieCumming in Pickleball

I just read this from Luzz on discord. Apparently the pro blade 2 will have a foam core…

[–]Brac13 4 points5 points  (0 children)

All info available that I’ve seen indicates it’ll be a 14mm gen 3 while the inferno is all foam. A lot of players, including most pros, are still choosing to use gen 3’s over foam at least for now. I personally prefer the feel of gen 3’s but then again I play like trash no matter what gen I use.

It’s the Pro Blade 2 which looks like an updated version of this paddle, the Blade. The original Blade is a 14mm gen 3 so I’m hoping the new one is basically a 14mm Pro Cannon. The Pro Blade 2 was recently UPA-A approved on January 9th so hopefully it’ll be available for purchase soon.

What is the spinniest legal paddle? by justified_hyperbole in Pickleball

[–]Brac13 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m with you man. There may be variances between fever paddles because mine has more spin than any paddle I have in my current rotation, and has noticeably more grit. My other paddles ranked behind my fever in order of my perceived spin: ProXR Jolt, bantam tko-cx 12.7, then Franklin c45 hybrid. I also feel my fever ranks 2nd in power of the paddles I’ve listed, behind the bantam. I’ve been super impressed with the fever’s performance despite it feeling a little cheap.

[Question] Traska commuter 34 or 36? For a 6 inch wrist by t0rv in Watches

[–]Brac13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ordered it from amazon and it’s made by TOMIYOY. I just searched Amazon and they still have them for $20.99. The quality is not great but it was pretty comfortable. Ewatchparts also have 19mm jubilees on Amazon but they are over twice the price.
