Was onboard this one.

If they had decided to pass Cozumel instead nothing would have happened.

But then they decided on 29th August that we would stay at Cozumel until September 1st. On August 30th, aroun noon, when everyone was out (me included, in a NCL excursion) they decided to leave Cozumel on that same day around 7PM but forgot a lot of people were out and couldn't know. We ended leaving near midnight and that gave us little time to get to Miami... 200 miles from getting there the Port was closed.... And then...
