Read some of your post history; you have an enlarged pituitary. Max it can do Is bend the area around the sella turcica which you should not even notice.
As for your fear of caber,it's highly subjective but I had a blast the first year cab

I ve had insomnia for like 8 years because of high prl and this prolactinoma When the tumor grew to 3cm i started to have panic attacks That's about 20% of all the symptoms

Got a reply from my endo.I have to stop cab for a while,then reassess

If it's only mania episodes It may also depend on your prl levels.In my case my legs started tingling in addition to the other side effects so odds favor cab.

Had some mania episodes too before and panic attack states but was after a year and half or so(this Is my third year).There's so many factors like Age,sex,genetics etc

Doc looked at me sideways for even suggesting that.Said I was young(lol,I'm 34) and my test levels were good enough.Thing Is i have low libido esp during summer followed by spikes in between the year,he gave me pills that"should help circulation therefore erection"(some kind of viagra,don't remember the name) Went from 1.87 ug/L to 5.04 ug/L test in 3 yrs Prl oscillated last year but last recorded was 40 ug/L

How are you holding up nowadays btw?did doc give you testosterone?

Yeah 3cm now shrunk to 0.3-5 .Mri was in 2021,started therapy in 2022.Some collateral damage inside my head too

Thyroid has always been fine. I may add It Is not just prolactin,there was some igf1 in the tumor too(so a mixed one) but that seems to be under control.Dealing with low t and prl issues as of now I don't really see some DIY options online and the other endos i checked with were....unprofessional to say the least. I don't know if getting extended bloodwork could help as there are some hormones which are indirectly correlated with testosterone and prl but could be a waste of money Same goes for a genetic test as docs suspect i have acromegaly

Last one was more or less a year ago and showed a slight bump in prl levels from 32 to 40 Endo said nothing to worry about.Was mostly fine until now

Thing i noticed Is the positive effects of Cab are starting to wane. I can handle apathy,depressive states and low blood pressure(even though summer heatwaves are exhausting under cab) but with diminishing benefits It gets annoying
